Our Story
After 15+ years in the industry absorbing knowledge, learning the ropes, and building relationships, DOC set out on the maiden voyage for Mom N Pop Insurance. Recognizing that family-owned agencies were disappearing to mega conglomerates, an opportunity was created. With a hospitality mindset and an insurance nerd's appetite, DOC had a vision: bring it back old school, be human, and treat the client like family.
We focus on industry education and knowledge sharing. With 19 insurance designations (and counting), an Entrepreneurial Venture Creation B.S. degree and a minor in Hospitality Management, DOC passionately believes in supporting lifelong learning and providing best-in-class service with a smile.
